88ab Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "88ab", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 88ab online gaming platform accessible at 88ab.games.
• "Platform" means the 88ab website, all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and any software or services provided through 88ab.games.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on the 88ab Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member on the 88ab Platform, through which the Member accesses games, manages their PKR wallet, and claims bonuses.
• "Real Money Balance" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited by the Member and held in their 88ab account for use in real-money wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds credited to a Member's account by 88ab pursuant to a promotion, and which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wagering turnover a Member must complete before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures 88ab applies to Member accounts to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, or who is excluded from gambling by self-exclusion, court order, or regulatory directive.

By accessing or using the 88ab Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all Members of 88ab regardless of their location. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 88ab Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 88ab makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

To register an Account and use the 88ab Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 88ab strictly prohibits access by minors and individuals under the age of 21.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not hold Member accounts.
3. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling services.
4. You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the 88ab Platform.
5. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on the 88ab Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, payment methods, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 88ab Account, you agree that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You will promptly notify 88ab of any changes to your registration details.
• You will not use another person's identity or impersonate any person or entity.
• Your registered Pakistani mobile number is a valid active number in your name.
• You consent to 88ab conducting identity verification checks at any stage, including but not limited to at account opening, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraud.

88ab reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Account opening is at 88ab's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 88ab login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. 88ab will never ask you to share your password or verification codes by any means.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service or account.
• Log out of your 88ab Account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 88ab's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account unless you have previously notified 88ab of suspected unauthorised access.

All financial transactions on the 88ab Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88ab supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast instant payments.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time subject to the payment provider's processing times. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. 88ab does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 88ab is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment wallet provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified and previously used to make a deposit to your 88ab Account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. 88ab reserves the right to:

• Request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.
• Refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular activity.
• Apply a maximum daily or monthly withdrawal limit based on your account verification level and VIP tier.

6.3 Third-Party Payments

You may not use a payment method belonging to a third party to fund your 88ab Account. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Where a third-party payment is detected, 88ab reserves the right to void all associated winnings and return the deposited amount to the source account.

88ab offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general provisions. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms prevail.

• Bonus funds are held separately from your Real Money Balance in your 88ab Account dashboard.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
• 88ab reserves the right to restrict certain game categories from counting towards wagering requirements. Live casino, high RTP slots, and other specified game types may contribute at a reduced percentage.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Where 88ab has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent registration, multi-accounting, or abuse of the promotion system, 88ab reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 88ab reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All sports betting, live casino, slot, fishing, and other game activities on the 88ab Platform are subject to the specific game and betting rules applicable to each product, as published within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a wager on 88ab, you acknowledge that:

• All bets and game outcomes are final once confirmed by the 88ab Platform system.
• 88ab uses certified random number generators for all non-live gaming outcomes. Live casino outcomes are determined by real physical processes in professionally operated studios.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting session, 88ab will resolve the situation in accordance with its fair play policy. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market.
• 88ab reserves the right to void a bet or payout where it can demonstrate that the relevant outcome has been subject to manipulation, match-fixing, or other irregular activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88ab Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are a Prohibited Person, including persons under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting technical errors, using software to gain unfair advantage, coordinating with other accounts to meet wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional offers.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not available to other Members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or systems.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with the Platform.
• Using a payment method belonging to a third party to fund your Account.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your Account, Account balance, or winnings to any third party.

88ab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A Member is in breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 88ab is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• 88ab has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, irregular, or unlawful activity associated with the Account.
• A Member has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with 88ab's dormant account policy.

Upon permanent closure of an Account that is in good standing, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon closure.

You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting 88ab's support team via live chat. Account closure requests for responsible gaming purposes will be actioned immediately with no cooling-off period.

88ab is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Members. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from any Member's Account settings at any time, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount of PKR you may deposit to your Account.
• Loss Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on net losses across all game activity.
• Session Time Limits — Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Take a defined break from gaming (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which your Account will be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 88ab Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

All content on the 88ab Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software — is the property of 88ab or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of 88ab.

88ab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Download, copy, or reproduce any portion of the Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information of 88ab without express written consent.
• Use any meta-tags or hidden text incorporating 88ab's name or trademarks without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ab, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 88ab Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions.
• Any gambling losses incurred during your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88ab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of any information or content, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

88ab processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to 88ab's collection, use, and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of the gaming service.

88ab will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform and meet legal obligations.

88ab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 88ab will provide notice to Members via the Platform or via the registered contact information associated with your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Where you do not accept amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 88ab holds its gaming operating licence. The exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction shall apply to all disputes arising hereunder, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Members are encouraged to contact 88ab's support team in the first instance. 88ab aims to resolve all Member disputes through its internal complaints process within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, Members may have recourse to the dispute resolution procedures set out by the relevant licensing authority.
